'The objectives for concessions operations at Acadia are: to continue the traditional food service operation at Jordan Pond, with necessary facility improvements; to give greater emphasis to crafts and improve the quality and relevance of souvenirs; to improve the service offered at the stable; and to add services, such as bicycle rental and canoe instruction and rental, and to extend existing services into the winter, spring, and fall seasons.'
