FIELD WORK: 21 August 1957. Sampled two forest stands in the vicinity of Thunder Hole: one stand burned in the 1947 fire, and an adjacent stand that was not burned in the fire. The frequency and abundance of tree species are listed in a table for both the burned and unburned stands.
