'The hydrologic response to precipitation events is dependent on antecedent moisture conditions within watershed soils. A strong relationship between precipitation depth and direct runoff exists only when watershed soils are saturated. Relating the difference between precipitation and runoff volume to pre-event discharge is useful for predicting hydrologic response to precipitation events.' 'The hydrogeochemistry of the Upper Hadlock Pond watershed was conducted.
