'A conservation problem with possibly severe evolutionary consequences is the degradation of native insect pollination systems by nonnative plants and bees.' Observed insect pollinators at six sites in Maine including the summit of Cadillac Mountain. A total of 18 native and 8 non-native plants were studied.
