FIELD WORK: 2001 A portion of the Executive Summary: "Carriage roads were monitored for crowding in 2001 using established methods. Regression equation estimations of carriage road use levels indicate that the crowding standard was not violated. Overall, carriage road use was substantially lower than most previous years.
