From the introduction: "A sanitary survey was conducted on June 2, 2003 at Echo Lake, Lake Wood, and Sand Beach. Bacterial monitoring will be conducted at these three bathing beaches in 2003. Each beach was walked to look for possible sources and pathways of contamination. Potential sources of bacterial contamination to these beaches remains essentially unchanged from last year, and no obvious problem areas were identified. A description of the area surrounding each beach with possible sources of contamination is provided below."
