FIELD WORK: 2006 A portion from the Executive Summary: "Estimations of carriage road use levels indicate that the crowding standard was not violated. Overall, carriage road use was similar to but somewhat higher than most previous years. Twelve days exceeded 2,000 visitors per day; the highest daily use estimate was 2,620 on August 8.
