Spiders (Araneae) of Schoodic Peninsula, Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor, Hancock County, Maine

Jennings DT. 1998. Spiders (Araneae) of Schoodic Peninsula, Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor, Hancock County, Maine. National Park Service. Winter Harbor, ME

Description from cover letter: Here's a preview of our spider-collecting results for the class fieldtrip to Schoodic this past August. As you can see from the enclosed list, our collecting efforts were most rewarding and yielded a diversity of families, genera, and species. Not too 'shabby' for only one afternoon of collecting'. The list arranges the spider species by family (grouped under 'web spinners', and 'hunters'), indicates in which of the 3 collecting localities the species was found, the number of males, females and juveniles. /STUDY LOCATIONS:/ /SCHOODIC PENINSULA/
