Analysis of population genetic structure of Fucus vesiculosus L. with respect to hydrodynamic regimes using microsatellite markers
Muhlin J and Brawley S. 2003. Analysis of population genetic structure of Fucus vesiculosus L. with respect to hydrodynamic regimes using microsatellite markers. In Third European Phycological Congress. Queen's University Belfast. July 21-26, 2003
Assessed whether there may be population fragmentation in Fucus vesiculosus populations due to temporal restriction of gene flow. Preliminary results indicate low genetic differentiation between the two populations on opposite sides of Schoodic Point. /STUDY LOCATIONS:/ /SCHOODIC POINT/
