Use molecular markers to test the hypothesis that the individual specimens of rockpools comprise genetically distinction from others in pools. From Article, 'Since patterns in the genetic structure of organisms can often be correlated with scale of dispersion of propagules, we further hypothesize that dispersal of F. distichus zygotes among pools will be low and zygotes will tend to settle in the pools from which they originated.' /STUDY LOCATIONS:/ /SCHOODIC POINT/
