Eusden JD. 2000. To: Mr. David Manski. Re: No Title

This is a letter designed to show the results of a geology class's studies on Isle Au Haut. 'Here is a report for our geology trip to Eastern Head of Isle Au Haut, The 12 students, two kayak guides and myself paddled on May 10 from Stonington to a camp site on private lands near Sheep Thief Gulch on Isle Au Haut. May 11-13 we mapped the interlayer diorites and gabbros on Eastern Head. Our mapping area extended South from the aforementioned gulch around the coastline to the head of Head Harbor, so a portion of the mapping was on private lands but the remainder was on National Park Lands and only on the coastline. No mapping was done in the woods as rock exposure was poor to non exsistent.' /STUDY LOCATIONS:/ /ISLE AU HAUT/EASTERN HEAD/
