On October 30, 2007, Padre Island National Seashore received one copy of a Plan of Operations from Boss Operating Company, LLC for the Dunn McCampbell 16-1, 16-2, and 16-3 wells proposed at the park. On October 31, 2007, the park requested 4 additional copies of the draft Plan of Operations to facilitate the review process. On November 13, 2007 the park received four additional copies of the draft Plan of Operations. The plan has been reviewed by the NPS and the following comments need to be incorporated into your plan, so that we can formally accept it and begin the environmental compliance and planning phase.
