The National Park Service approves Bright & Company's request to reduce the drive pipe and surface casing size as proposed in your November 3, 1994 correspondence. The revised page 14 replaces the current page 14 of the Dunn- McCampbell No.1 Well Plan of Operations. The National Park Service understands the proposed revision will not alter operations subsequent to cementing the surface casing.
