Please find enclosed a revised page 14 of the Plan of Operations for the subject well. The lead cement for the surface casing was changed to provide a higher compressive strength cement. This change was requested by Arnold Ott with the Railroad Commission in Corpus Christi. Since the well is in a sensitive area, the Railroad Commission felt that a higher compressive surface casing was needed. The Railroad Commission Rule 13C ii requires that the lead cement above the zone of critical cement, have a minimum compressive strength of 250 psi in 24 hrs. The lead cement that will be used in the well has a compressive strength of 1008 psi in 24 hrs. Also, the depth of the surface casing and production casing was changed to reflect a change in the directional program. Remapping of the seismic data by the geologist, required the bottom hole location to be moved further from the surface location.
