This letter is in reference to the approval letter for the Plan of Operations for the subject well, dated September 30, 1994. Stipulation number 8 of the letter states that an addendum is required if the condensate will be transported via the HNG Pipeline Company gas pipeline. Enclosed is a letter from Danex Energy Company (consultant to Bright & Company), showing that HNG will transport the condensate in their pipeline. A revised page 16, 17, 18, 19 and Figure 8 of the Plan of Operations are attached, showing the changes required in the surface facilities and pipeline in order to inject the condensate into the HNG pipeline.
