In reference to the Reclamation Plan shown in Section VII ofthe "Plan of Operations" the location and access road have been completed. They have been mulched with native hay and the hay was harvested prior to the start of construction. According to Part 5 of Section VII, vegetation monitoring will take place annually until 70% of pre-project coverage is achieved. Bright & Co. requests that the performance bond be reduced from $200,000 to an amount equal to the estimated cost of replanting the grass, if required. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
