Per our prior communications, Belaire Consulting, Inc. (BCI) staked fifteen wetland boundaries at the referenced project site. The stakes were placed per agreement with the Corps and other agencies on September 7, 1993. The location of each wetland is described in the Corps permit application and in the Plan of Operations submitted to the Padre Island National Seashore (PINS). Last week BCI sent a copy of that document to Steven Hollenbeck. Please inform me at your earliest convenience of the Corps’ schedule to perform field work at this project site.
