We have studied the map that accompanied Charlie Belaire's above referenced letter. Based on the State Plane Coordinates shown on the map of the pipeline and the State Tracts indicated in the Laguna Madre adjacent to the pipeline, we estimate the Transco Pipeline to be approximately one (1) mile south of the mitigation proposed in your permit application. You can assure Transco that we will be nowhere close to their line. Please call on us if you have any questions or require any additional information.
