In response to your letter of July 28, 1994, Bright & Company's engineer reviewed the plat you provided. Please find enclosed a letter from Bass and Welsh Engineering which states that Transco's pipeline is approximately one mile south of Bright and Company's project. Bright and Company will conduct no activities in the vicinity of that pipeline.
