The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) has reviewed your informal Biological Assessment, dated July 21, 1994, for the construction of 1.5 miles of access road, 2.1 acres of drilling pad, and the drilling and operation of a natural gas well by Bright and Company Padre Island National Seashore, Kleberg County, Texas. The Service concurs with your findings that the above proposed National Park Service action is not likely to adversely affect listed species or critical habitat.
