On this date, the Regional Director, Southwest Region approved the Finding of No Significant Impact/Decision Record for the Environmental Assessment, and the Statement of Findings covering the Plan of Operations for exploratory drilling and production of the Dunn-McCampbell #1 natural gas well within Padre Island National Seashore. Pursuant to 36 CFR 9.37(b)(2), the Plan of Operations is conditionally approved, subject to Bright and Company's acceptance of the following provisions and stipulations:
