Francis PA. 1994. To: USFWS. Re: Francis_1994_InformalBiologicalAssessment
Enclosed is our informal biological assessment for the subject Plan of Operations at Padre Island National Seashore, Kleberg County, Texas. As you review our findings you may wish to refer to the Environmental Assessment, Plan of Operations and maps sent to your office under separate cover (memorandum July 12, 1994) pursuant to Executive Orders 11990 and 11988, "Protection of Wetlands" and "Floodplains Management." contained within Bright and Company's Plan of Operations is a vegetation map (Exhibit B) that will also prove useful as you consider the enclosed biological assessment. We find that the proposal is not likely to adversely affect any proposed, threatened, or endangered species protected by the Endangered Species Act. We are providing this biological assessment to advise you of our current actions and conclusions. We are enclosing a convenient response form which may facilitate your communications with us in this assessment. Your reply may be transmitted directly to Nancy Skinner, Endangered Species Compliance Coordinator, Division of Environmental Coordination at the letterhead address. Should you have any questions, please contact Ms. Skinner.
