This is in reply to your May 31, 1994, letter, on behalf of Bright & Company, requesting verification of your wetland delineation performed on a proposed well pad and access road. The project site is located approximately 3.25 miles south of the Park Road 22 and the beach front road junction, and extends inland approximately 10,500 feet at Padre Island National Seashore in Kleberg County, Texas. Based on the information that you submitted on May 31, 1994 and our May 24, 1994, field visit we concur that 0.4-acre of wetlands will be impacted by the project. At your request, we are currently evaluating Department of the Army (DOA) Permit Number 20050 for this project. This delineation verification is valid for 5 years from the date of this letter unless new information warrants a revision before the expiration date. In future correspondence regarding the delineation verification, please reference determination number D-5656, and for the permit application, reference DOA Permit Number 20050.
