Per your request, please find enclosed revised sheets 12 and 13 of the referenced application. These sheets describe the disposal and fill areas for the approximately 3500 cu yds of material that will be excavated fran the mitigation site. Paul Eubank, Padre Island National Seashore, approved these revisions today. It is my understanding that you need no further information in order to finalize the Public Notice.
