Trafalgar House respectfully requests an extension of time until July 1, 1988 in which to make its election as described in Option Agreement dated October 8, 1987. In the event Trafalgar House has not exercised its election by July 1, 1988, Trafalgar House shall be granted an additional period of up to thirty (30) days following July 1, 1988 in which to make its election. However, for each day following July 1, 1988, including the day on which Trafalgar House makes its election, Trafalgar House shall pay to Dunn-McCampbell et al, on said election day, the sum of $250 per day for each day following July 1, 1988. If this extension of our Option Agreement meets with your approval, please execute in the appropriate space provided below and return one (1) copy of this letter to the undersigned.
