We concur with the enclosed comments from the Mining and Minerals Branch concerning the subject plan of operations, adding that the environmental analysis summary should state that studies and surveys were carried on to arrive at the conclusion that "No endangered species will be adversely affected...and no historical or archeological resources are located at the sites...." Once the information requested has been provided, the plan will be approved.
