Please note that the front page of the lease showing that Trafalgar House Oil and Gas Inc. has been granted the right to explore, drill and operate for and produce oil, liquid hydrocarbons and gas, along with the signature page of the lease, was included in the Plan of Operations for the Dunn-McCampbell, et al No. 1 already submitted to the Padre Island National Seashore. Due to the complexity of the lease agreement and that the final negotiated form was somewhat expensive to generate, Trafalgar House Oil and Gas and Dunn-McCampbell Royalty Interest, Inc. have elected not to make it public record. Therefore, it will not be made a part of the Plan of Operations, but will instead supply the Padre Island National Seashore with a copy for their confidential review.
