On September 4, 1996, Bill Mettlach, Bright & Co., Si Weeks, WT Construction, Charlie Belaire, Belaire Environmental, Inc., and Paul Eubank, Padre Island National Seashore visited the reclaimed access road and drilling location utilized by Bright & Company last year. The area has recovered to the standard stated in the approved Plan of Operations for Bright and Company's Dunn-McCampbell #1. Padre Island National Seashore is hereby releasing Bright & Company from any other reclamation requirement as outlined in the approved Plan of Operations. Additionally, Padre Island National Seashore is returning the Letter of Credit, Number 1074083530-18, in the amount of $200,000.00 to Bright & Company. It has been a pleasure working with the professionals of Bright & Company, especially Mr. Bill Mettlach, during the construction, drilling, plug and abandonment, and reclamation of Dunn-McCampbell #1.
