I have prepared this letter to confirm our conversation of today regarding the referenced pipeline. My client, Bright and Company, proposes to build an oil field road over the referenced pipeline. It is my understanding that HNG's only requirement is that three feet of ground cover exist between the surface of the road and the top of the pipeline.
