The purpose of this letter is to confirm the information that BCI faxed to you this morning. In response to your question regarding the exemptions Bright and Company is required to obtain from the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) if their proposed well is a producer, please refer to pages 111, 112, and 113 of the Plan of Operations. According to Charles Spiekerman, Director of the TNRCC Air Quality Program, Corpus Christi, Bright and company will be required to apply for exemptions nos. 65, 66, and 67.
