I have prepared this letter in response to a telephone conversation this morning with Mr. Steven Hollenbeck. Belaire Consulting, Inc. (BCI) submitted the referenced application on March 8, 1994. It is my understanding that the Corps is going to perform field work necessary to determine if the wetlands at the referenced project are isolated or adjacent and to delineate the wetland boundaries according to the 1987 Manual.
