Enclosed please find the referenced permit application and twenty sheets of drawings and notes which describe the project. As you are aware, this project has been coordinated with the Padre Island National Seashore (PINS), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC), the Corps, and other agencies. Belaire Consulting, Inc. has submitted a complete Plan of Operations, including an environmental assessment of the project, to PINS. Thank you for your helpful assistance.
