Enclosed please find a plat prepared by Bass and Welsh Engineering, which describes the referenced project. On September 7, 1993, this project was inspected by Pat Clements of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Dick Harrington of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) and yourself. The proposed roadway has been realigned to reflect agency recommendations. No changes were made to the proposed production facility or well pad. The proposed project layout has been inspected and approved by Paul Eubank of the National Park Service (NPS).
