I was on the Bright and Company proposed access road yesterday, when an idea occurred to me. If Bright and Company were to mow, windrow and bale the grass on the road, prior to blading it, this would provide a source for seed material, native to the location. Additionally, it would provide mulch for the prevention of erosion from wind and rain during the reclamation phase. In the event the well is a producer, then the material could be used to stabilize the area of the live dunes near the beginning of the road. Stabilizing the live dune area will eventually be needed to prevent accumulation of blow sand on the road. If this sounds acceptable, approach Mike Hunt with this suggestion.
