The National Park Service, Padre Island National Seashore, is granting Bright & Company a temporary access permit, as authorized by 36 CFR 9.38(a)(1), for the purpose of obtaining the information necessary to prepare a Plan of Operations. The temporary access permit is limited to 60 days beginning July 07, 1993, and terminating on September 07, 1993. Site visits must be coordinated with Mr. Paul Eubank or Mr. Sean Baker to insure that a National Park Service representative is available to accompany workers engaged in gathering data and/or surveying.
