Padre Island National Seashore is granting an extension to the temporary access permit authorized in 36 CFR 9.38(a) (1) by 30 days. The temporary access permit to gather information for the preparation of a Plan of Operation will expire on October 10, 1993. Site visits must be coordinated with Mr. Paul Eubank to insure a National Park Service representative is available to accompany workers engaged in gathering data.
