Bass_1993_SurveyingPermission
Bass M. 1993. To: Eubank P. Re: Bass_1993_SurveyingPermission
On Wednesday, we located the second triangulation station valley. On Monday, we anticipate coming back in to do the final surveying and setting of the proposed well location. The final surveying will consist of setting a control point on a high dune near the beach and traversing to the well location. We would appreciate your permission to utilize the "a-wheeler" to move to and from point to valley. The survey crew indicates that that area is considerably drier than the area up around "midwest", and they think that the "3-wheeler" could be utilized without any damage to the environment. We certainly would appreciate your consideration of this request. We would also like, for your and our benefit, to place a witness post near these survey monuments. We have the standard government witness post signs that we would mount on a 2" PVC pipe near the survey stations. That would be a big help to anyone trying to utilize the control points.
