When all the comments are completed into the document, I need 10 copies of the Plan of Operation. One copy I would like without binding and holes punched into the margin. We would be able to make copies of easily. The region copy machine will not copy paper that has holes. I need for you to include any correspondense between Bright and Company and the COE pertaining to the 404 permitting process. This could be included in an appendix. Also, include a copy of the permit. If you need the draft returned, let me know and I will send it to you. Call me if you have any questions.
