The Mining and Minerals Branch (MMB) has evaluated the plan of operations proposed by Bright and Company (Bright) for drilling the Dunn McCampbell # 1 exploration well in Padre Island National Seashore (PAIS). PAIS personnel clearly worked with Bright to development the plan. To the credit of PAIS personnel, the effort resulted in a well organized and comprehensive plan. The MMB submits the following comments for your consideration.
