Henderson Petroleum Corporation (d/b/a Colorado Henderson Petroleum Corporation in the State of Texas) herein known as the Operator, proposes to drill an exploratory well within the Padre Island National Seashore. In accordance with the Comprehensive Regulations of the National Park Service of the U. S. Department of Interior (36 CFR 9.36-12/8/78), the Operator is required to submit a Plan of Operation which describes the proposed operation and any potential impacts.
