Colorado Henderson Petroleum Corporation. 1981. 1981_EnvironmentalReview
The proposed project entails floating a marine drilling barge onto the site without dredging and drilling a directional hole to a depth of approximately 10,500 feet. An existing dredged channel will be utilized and all mud, cuttings and wastes will be barged from the site. Therefore, the impacts on environment will be minimal and no restorative measures will be required. No endangered species will be adversely affected by the proposed action. There are no known cultural resources at the site or in close proximity to the project location as certified by Texas Antiquities Committee, Marine Archeologist J. Barto Arnold III. Operational activities are not thought to impact air quality and related values to any measurable degree.
