When we last left our heroes we were considering using soon to be published NOAA standards for our clean up levels at the Chevron site. Robin Smith, the Chevron hand in charge of the site, was going to look into using a geoprobe to cut their site characterization costs. Since then, Roy informed us that the NOAA standards are inadequate and Robin has taken a position with Chevron in Wyoming. Meanwhile, the site just sits there. Anyone out there have any suggestions on where to go from here? It hard to say this site really concerns us when we average 3-4 month response times. We still need to come up with action levels for any water contamination. I'll act as compiler.
