This will serve as authorization to place a radio antenna not to exceed 100' in height at your gas treatment facility within Padre Island National Seashore. This is to replace a shorter antenna which does not adequately serve the purpose. Since this is not considered to be an expansion of facilities, it is within the scope of your existing Special Use Permit No. 7490-36, and no additional permit is necessary.
