In response to your request for permission to install commercial power at your Padre Island station. We have no objection to your proposal as shown on the attached drawings. We do ask that your underground line from the connecting point by Park Road 22 to your plant area be laid along the south edge of the road within the area which has been previously disturbed by road construction and telephone line trenching. This letter will serve as permission for you to proceed.
