We wish to advise that we agree to and accept the stipulation proposed by the Fish and Wildlife Service to be added to our subject requested permit; to wit: "between March 15 and September 15, the applicant shall confine all drilling activities to areas located three miles gulfward of the Padre Island National Seashore, at other times drilling shall be confined to areas that are no closer than two miles from the Park shoreline." It is our understanding that this stipulation will not affect our existing Permit 9173(03) which allows drilling activity or construction on or adjacent to our existing structures.
