We have reviewed the subject supplement dated April 24, 1985. As stated in our letter of May 22, 1984, and reiterated here, Chevron's statement that 16 USC 459d-3(b) removes it from the legal duty to file or amend the subject Plan of Operations is noted as is its cooperation with the National Park Service and Padre Island National Seashore in insuring a better environment for us all by filing this supplement. We endorse the reclamation plan developed between Padre Island and Chevron. I hereby approve the reclamation plan and its supplementation to the Plan of Operations approved on May 22, 1984.
