By lease dated February 22, 1954, Albert R. Jones and Harold H. Jones, of Johnson County, Kansas, and Wayne V. Jones and Eleanor Jones Florance and R. Glenn Florance, her husband, all of Harris County, Texas, as Lessors, leased to Standard Oil Company of Texas for a term or five years a tract of land described with particularity therein containing 100 acres, more or less, out of Section 17 at the Tovar Subdivision of Padre Island, Kleberg County, Texas, together with certain rights-of-way, privileges, rights and options therein particularly set out.
