This finding aid was issued in September 2011 and is the result of a cataloging project carried out by the Northeast Museum Services Center during the summer and fall of 2011. Total number of items: 92,800. The Finding Aid for the Morristown National Historical Park, 1767-1994 [bulk dates 1933-1970], is the result of work by the Northeast Museum Services Center. It describes the three phases of a multi-phase backlog cataloging project of the Morristown National Historical Park Resource Management Records. The records described here were created during the administration and operation of Morristown National Historical Park (MORR). It should be noted that the initial inclusive date of the collection (1767) is the result of historical research and transcriptions of eighteenth-century deeds and correspondence. This document replaces those aids created in the two earlier phases.
