We have reviewed the subject application submitted by Phoenix Resources company. Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding, we are providing the following comments on a technical assistance basis for transmittal to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. We are having some difficulty determining if the subject pipeline crosses or enters Padre Island National Seashore. We recommend that the applicant conduct a magnetometer or side scan sonar survey to determine the specific location of the subject pipeline and where it terminates on Padre Island.
