Padre Island National Seashore is planning to construct a small service ramp located behind the concessionaire facilities at the Malaquite Pavilion. Following the National Environmental Policy Act and Section 106 compliance requirements, the park has completed the necessary documentation and surveys. Based on a survey conducted by NPS archeologist, Joe Labadie, this project is not likely to affect any cultural material.
